Perspective Property is a couple lead property development business based in Nottinghamshire, transforming run down and neglected buildings across the East Midlands into high quality homes.
Since 2023 we’ve grown a substantial portfolio spanning buy-to-lets, HMO conversions, blocks of flats, mixed use and commercial-to-residential projects — built on solid trades experience, careful financial management and a commitment to creating long-term value.

Perspective Property was founded in 2023 by Jacob and Georgia – a couple with complementary skills and different professional backgrounds. Between them, they cover every side of the business: the building work, the numbers, and everything in between.
Jacob has been interested in property since a young age, buying his first buy-to-let at 19. An electrician by trade, he also runs a commercial electrical business alongside Perspective Property. Jacob manages acquisitions, negotiations and the construction side of the business – from planning refurbishments to delivering high quality finishes on site.
Georgia is an ACCA-qualified chartered accountant, with a background in financial due diligence in corporate finance. In December 2024, two years after co-founding Perspective Property, she left the corporate world to focus on the business full time. Georgia manages the company’s finances, the conveyancing process, and the lettings side of the business.

Purchased direct from the vendor, an existing block of seven flats, asset managed and leased to a supported living provider.
A former hotel purchased direct from the vendor utilising deferred consideration, refurbished into a nine bedroom supported living HMO and handed over to a care provider on a 10 year lease.
Six apartments on one freehold title purchased at auction, adding value through a quality refurbishment and title splitting, then rented to working professionals.
A run down three bed semi-detached property purchased at auction, renovated and resold on the open market.
Two bed terraced house converted to a six bedroom professional HMO, including four studios and all ensuites.
A mixed use building on a large plot, with planning permission recently obtained for seven luxury apartments.
A run down listed building, formely a café with unused upper floors – converted to 2x one bedroom apartments whilst retaining a small commercial space and preserving the shop front.
